Cortex service crashes as a result of an exception when synchronizing elements

When an exception occurs during element synchronization with Orion, Cortex service crashes. To resolve the issue, contact SolarWinds support.

Overview

When an exception occurs during element synchronization with Orion, Cortex service crashes. This can happen when upgrading the main polling engine to Orion Platform 2020.2.1 while loading large tables in Orion Synchronization.
