Resolution

You can use SolarWinds High Availability to provide automated failover for the Patch Manager Web Console . To implement High Availability, Install the Patch Manager Web Console on an Orion server or a stand-alone server with a network connection to the Primary Application Server (PAS).

SolarWinds High Availability does not provide automated failover for the Primary Application Server, Automation Server, or any other Patch Manager component.
