Configure account permissions to use the WPM Recorder

Overview

This article provides describes how to allow Orion users to access or log into the WPM recorder in WPM 2019.4 and earlier. To learn how permissions are handled in WPM 2020.2 and later, see Adjust Orion account permissions for WPM users.

Web Performance Monitor

Resolution

Log into the Orion Web Console.
Go to Settings > All Settings > Manage Accounts.
Select the account you are updating and click Edit.
Expand the Web Performance Monitor Settings.
For WPM User Role, change User to Admin.
Click Submit.
