Configure DNS caching in Kiwi Syslog Server

Overview
In some cases, DNS resolution fails to resolve IP addresses to hostname for the hosts sending logs to Kiwi Syslog. In such scenarios, you can configure DNS Caching.

Resolution
1. Go to Kiwi Syslog Server Setup -> File > Setup and select "DNS caching"
2. Hit the "Refresh" button to get the number of devices sending logs to Kiwi Syslog server.
2. Select "View" button to get a list of devices with their IP address and FQDN/hostnames.

4. Enable "pre-load the cache with static entries..."
5. Click the "..." button to browse to the "StaticHosts.txt" file located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Syslogd"
6. Copy the IP addresses with hotnames into the "StaticHosts.txt" file and save.
5. Restart Kiwi Syslog service - After sometime, you will see that the IP addresses gets resolved to their corresponding hostnames.
Note: You will need to make sure the hosts list is updated with missing hosts/IPs whenever required.
