Resolution

Check for old server database entries in the Orion database.

1. Make sure to stop the Orion services using Orion Service Manager.
2. Check the following tables using Database Manager.
  • Engines
  • Websites
  • OrionServers
3. Delete old server entries that refer to Primary Poller;
4. Restart Orion services using Orion Service Manager.

The Orion Web Console should be accessible with no issues.
You can still try to rerun the Configuration Wizard to ensure it will complete 100%.

Other resolutions:
Restart Orion Server and re-run Configuration Wizard
