Configuration wizard stops moving at 4.4 % without error in the logs, which show the below:

Cause
Limited permissions of the account logged on to the SolarWinds Platform server.
Resolution
RESOLUTION:
- RDP to the server and use localadmin account when logging on to the SolarWinds Platform server.
- Ensure that the admin account has FULL control on Solarwinds folders and ISO installer.
- Go to File Explorer and Right Click Solarwinds folder> Click Properties, and Add the account to provide full control permission.
- For the ISO installer> Right click > Click Properties > Add the account used for logging in and provide full control.
- Perform a clean Uninstall/Reinstall of Solarwinds.
- Run SolarWinds Permission Checker.
