Orion Configuration wizard does not run using the executable file

The configuration wizard does not work when trying to run it using the executable file.

Network Performance Monitor

The configurationwizard.log shows that there is no certificate assigned that will bind to port 443.

1. Open IIS Manager, and then look for the Orion website (for example, SolarWinds NetPerfMon).
2. Click Bindings on the right side pane.
   
3. In the Edit Site Binding box, select SolarWinds-Orion under SSL certificate.
   Note: Use the default Orion certificate if the internal certificate is not available.
   
4. Save the changes and rerun configuration wizard.
