Configuration Wizard stuck "Loading Web Configuration into the SQL database"after migrating to a new SQL server
This article describes issue occurs after migrating to new SQL server. When running the configuration to point to the new SQL server, it stuck at the "Loading Web Configuration into the SQL database"

Overview
The Configuration Wizard is stuck at the "Loading Web Configuration into the SQL database" after migrating to a new SQL server.
The Configuration Wizard logs show the following similar message: orionwebbackup.exe extending expiration for active instance of configuration wizard.

Cause
Unable to establish SQL connection.
Resolution
- Allow TCP port 1433 and 1434 and UDP port 1434 between the Orion and the new SQL server.
- Edit the
SWNetperfmon.DBfile by replacing the old SQL server instance name to the new one. - Make sure that there are no empty spaces at the end of the SQL server instance name on the Configuration Wizard.
- Make sure that the SQL browser is running on the SQL server.
- Optionally, delete this swnetperfmon.db file to have a new settings
