Cause
Solarwinds Certificate Manager shows no issues as seen on this screenshot:
The cause of the issue is related to Solarwinds CM Client, Solarwinds CM Service, Solarwinds Root CA, and Solarwinds SCA Certificate that is currently added under Certificates\Personal. in Microsoft Certificate Manager:
Resolution
Have Solarwinds Services stopped, especially the Solarwinds Certificate Manager. Remove the following certificates in the affected poller and then run the Configuration Wizard:
- Solarwinds SCA
- Solarwinds Root CA
- Solarwinds CM Client
- Solarwinds CM Services
If that issue persists even after removing those certificates mentioned, take note of the error and collect a fresh Solarwinds Diagnostics.
Option 2:
Remove all SolarWinds certificates added in the Personal\Certificates path in the Certificate Manager.
Re-run the configuration wizard to recreate all of the certificates.
Note:
Collect a new set of diagnostics logs before performing Option 2. Also, make sure that there's a Server Snapshot before performing any other certificate removal in the Server.
