When running the configuration wizard, the following error message may appear:Can not connect to the SQL Server. The original error is: The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation.

Resolution
- Do the UDL Test first to confirm the credentials have a connection to the SQL Server: Verify the SQL and Orion server connectivity using the UDL file
- If there are no issues with the connection, make sure to log in to the Orion server as a Local Admin Account to make sure that there are no other security policies being enforced that may cause the error in the process of installation / upgrade. Take note that Domain Admin accounts are still subject to Group Policy Objects.
Alternatively, switch from Windows Authentication to SQL Authentication as a workaround.
