'Collector security' warning in ARM 2024.3

Cause

The collector certificate verification was removed in ARM 2024.3 but the 'Collector security' module still shows a warning.

Resolution

The 'Collector security' module will be removed in a future version. At the moment this warning is just a cosmetic one. It can be ignored for now.
