The following error appears when saving a ticket in Web Help Desk: 530.5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous email during MAIL FROM

Overview
When testing SMTP server connectivity with telnet, an error appears.
This can also occur when saving a ticket in the Web Help Desk.
The message is usually when Orion is configured to send a mail using Office 365 as the SMTP server. It is possible that the mail will stop sending shortly after the SMTP is changed. The SMTP test may fail with the following error as well:
- 530.5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous email during MAIL FROM
