This article provides steps to clear the .NET cache.
The steps addresses SolarWinds Platform website performance issues where Other Time, as seen in Hubble, contributes significantly to slow loading of pages and also helps with unexpected website errors/behavior with the website.

**Disable HA on Main Pool if you have HA**
- RDP to the Main Poller > Open Solarwinds Platform Service Manager > Click on Shutdown Everything.
- Go to Start > Run > Enter services.msc.
- Make sure that IIS service (World Wide Publishing Service) is stopped, if not stop it there.
- Go to the following locations and delete any folders underneath the folder of root (*DO NOT Delete the root folder*)

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root
- Delete Files and Folders in C:\Windows\Temp directory.
- Go to SolarWinds Platform Service Manager and click on Start Everything.
- Allow 15-20 minutes for the Services to Initialize and load fully.
- Open the SolarWinds Platform website again and see if it loads faster and if Other Time in Hubble has improved.
**Repeat the above steps on Additional Web Servers and Standby Main Poller if you have them in your environment as part of regular maintenance once or twice a year!**
