This article describes the issue when downloading configs in NCM for the Citrix Netscaler, there are numerous lines missing.

Cause

This issue occurs when you are not using a root account, there are fields that show as not accessible.

Resolution

Set NCM to user the root account.
Log into the Orion web Console with an account that has Admin rights and the NCM administrator Role.
Go to Settings > Manage Nodes.
Locate the device(s), and put a check in the box to the left and click Edit.
In the edit node menu, set the proper credentials or if you are using a connection profile, click the connection profile link, and edit the appropriate profile being used for the Citrix Netscalers.
Submit the changes.
