Charge Back report in VMAN

When you cannot find the Charge Back report in VMAN 8.x, review the list of features included in VMAN 8.3. The report is not included.

I cannot find the Charge Back report we used in VMan Appliance in the Orion Web Console.

Resolution

The Charge Back report which was available in VMan Appliance is not a feature in the Orion Platform for VMAN 8.3.

Important: Chargeback report functionality is now included in VMAN in the Orion Platform with version 2020.2.1 and later.

Please note: “Time Travel” is another feature that was not migrated over from the appliance. This feature inclusion is also planned for a future release.
