Change the language of an installed NPM from German to English

How to change the language of NPM installed in German back to English.

During the initial Orion installation, the German language option was selected and want to revert to English.

Resolution

Once you select the German language option, you cannot revert to English. In your database, the language is now set to German.
SQL Server language is set to German, 1 Product Name NULL Microsoft SQL Server 2 Product Version 786432 12.0.4100.1 3 Language 1031 Deutsch (Deutschland).

You will have to install a fresh EN installation to a fresh database because there are now strings deployed in German in the database. The collation in the database is also set to German and cannot be changed in the configured database instance.
