Resolution
The scaling applied to the remote screen when displayed on the Session Viewer is a factor of the remote display's resolution and the size of the Session Viewer's window. The smaller the Viewer's window and the higher the remote resolution the smaller things will be shown.
You can force a specific scaling factor by going to the View menu on the Viewer (Remote Desktop mode), then Size and then the scaling factor. For situations where text and other GUI elements are too small you should select something like 80-100%. This will likely introduce horizontal and vertical sliders in the Remote Desktop area and the partner will have to scroll horizontally or vertically depending on where he wants to go on the screen.
