Resolution

Go to your DPA installation location and go to iwc\tomcat\ignite_config\idc\system.properties.
Open the system.properties file in a text editor.

Locate the entry:

# REFRESH TIME FOR THE DASHBOARD PAGE
#com.confio.iwc.dashboard.refresh.time.in.seconds=120

Uncomment the 2nd line #com.confio.iwc.dashboard.refresh.time.in.seconds=120.
Set the refresh rate to your preferred time period.
Restart your DPA services.
