Overview

This article describes how to change the SSH/Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or Secure Copy directory in NCM.

Note: SCP on Windows is not working

Resolution

SFTP/SCP Server

  1. Open the SFTP/SCP Server Settings.
  2. In General tab change or browse to your preferred directory.
  3. Click OK.

 

 

NCM Web Console

  1. Go to Settings > NCM Settings > SCP Server Settings.
  2. In the Specify a config transfer directory field, enter the preferred directory.
  3. Click Submit.
