Resolution

Access your DPA server through your Remote Desktop.
Go to Start > Run > services.msc.
Stop the "Ignite PI Server" service.
Do the IP address change on the server.
Start the "Ignite PI Server" Service.

Notes:

If your DPA Repository resides on the same server then you will need to update the repo.properties file. You can find the steps in the following articles:

Firewalls, ACLs, and Re-directs in place need to be updated as well to the new IP address.
