Change the HTTP link to HTTPS within node details

This article describes how to change the Web Browse link in the Node Details widget from HTTP to HTTPS.

Overview

To change the Web Browse link from HTTP to HTTPS, go to the Edit Node view, and change the prefix in the Web Browse Template field.

To change the Web Browse link to https:

Go to the Edit Node view.
For example, when on the Node Details view, click Edit Node in the Management widget.
On Edit Node Properties, scroll down to the Web Browse Template box and adjust the entry to say https://{{ HrefIPAddress }}.

When you have submitted the changes, you will be able to click the Web Browse link in Node Details widget and browse to the node using https.
