Resolution

On the SolarWinds Platform server, stop the IIS services.
Open a command prompt and enter: iisreset /stop
Launch the IIS Manager.
1. On the left panel, expand the server name > expand Sites.
2. Right-click and remove the SolarWinds NetPerfmon.
3. Expand Application Pools.
4. Right-click and remove SolarWinds Application Pool.
Copy the NPM IIS web folder from C drive to your new drive.
Run the Configuration Wizard.
Select Websites and make sure that the website location is pointing to the new drive.
