Resolution

We can change the certificate for the syslog by going to the advance settings. Check the link below on how to access the advance settings in Solarwinds web console.
Access the Advanced Configuration settings in the Orion Web Console

Go to Global Settings Tab search for the keyword "tls"
On the results look for "TlsServerCertificateName" under "LogManagement.LogServices.Settings"
Edit the certificate name to your own certificate
