Cannot execute an external program or visual basic script alert actions in NPM

Overview
Using a non-local user, including domain administrators, you cannot validate the credentials used to run an external program or visual basic (VB) script from an alert action.
You receive an error similar to one of the following when your credentials are validated:
Check 'Replace a process level token' account privilege of user which runs SolarWinds Orion Module Engine service.
Verify that the 'Replace a process level token' account privilege is selected on the user account that runs the SolarWinds Orion Module Engine service.

- Log on as an administrator to the SolarWinds Platform server.
- Add the user to the local administrator group.
- Local users - add them to the local administrators group.
- Domain users - add them to the domain administrators group.
- Navigate to Settings > Windows settings > Security settings > Local policies > Security options.
- Disable User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode.
- Restart the server.
Repeat these steps for every server that runs a script.
