Resolution 1
There was a known bug reported by Ubuntu for version 18.04 and SSH. First, verify your ubuntu version and if your version is affected. If affected, upgrade to v20.04 or later. Review the bug incident here: Client fails to connect to openssh-server (© 2021 Canonical Ltd., available at https://bugs.launchpad.net/, obtained on November 1, 2021).Resolution 2
Consider utilizing an Orion Linux agent. This eliminates the need for an SSH connection to the client (agent performs the polling locally on the machine). Click to view the procedure of installing an agent.Contact SolarWinds support if you experience further issues not yet mentioned by this article.
