Overview

The centralized and manual running of the CW is not working to finish the upgrade process to version 2025.4.1.

Cause

sw.web.compression.config seems corrupted, which prevents the Configuration Wizard from running.

Resolution

Locate the C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\sw.web.compression.config on the SolarWinds Platform server.
Cut it and place it on the desktop or other location for backup.
Rerun the Configuration Wizard.
