Bulk mute/unmanage action affects only part of selected nodes in 2025.4 on Additional Web Server

In SolarWinds Platform 2025.4, using the Additional Website to bulk Mute Now or Unmanage Now on nodes applied the action to only a small subset of the selected nodes, whereas the same operation from the Main Website worked correctly. The behavior is fixed in SolarWinds Platform 2026.1.1.

Overview

When multiple nodes (for example, three or more or an entire page) are selected in Manage Nodes, and Mute Now or Unmanage Now is executed from the Additional Web site, only two nodes from the selection are actually muted or unmanaged.

Performing the same bulk operation from the Main Website correctly applies the status change to all selected nodes, confirming the issue was specific to the Additional Web implementation.

This has been identified as a known issue in SolarWinds Platform 2025.4.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in SolarWinds Platform 2026.1.1. Consider upgrading your environment.
