Overview

This article describes how to bulk delete duplicate assets in Web Help Desk after selecting desired assets to be deleted in search.

Resolution

  1. Click on the + icon on the Bulk Action at the bottom of the list.
  2. Provide basic information such as asset type, model, and some other that can help the action.
  3. At the bottom, check the Delete Asset box
You can save the bulk action so you can re-use it in the future.
  1. Click Apply and a Assets Deleted message should appear at the top. This normally shows which assets were deleted.
