Back up configuration settings for Kiwi Syslog Server

Overview

The configurations within Kiwi Syslog Server Manager are stored within the registry and should be preserved after uninstall/reinstall. This article describes how to create a backup of these configurations.

Resolution

Open the Kiwi Syslog Manager.
Click File > Export Setting to INI

Note: Creating a Syslogd_TechSupportt.zip file generates below files.

Errorlog.txt
Errorlog0.txt
SyslogdManager.log
SyslogdService.log
Syslog_Server_Settings.ini
WebAccessEventManager.log
