Audit events for unmanaged nodes and muted alerts are not displayed

Overview

When performing maintenance mode on the node details page, After clicking the maintenance mode or mute alerts. it does not reflect right away on the audit events.

Cause

This issue occurs when there is a corrupted SDF for the job engine and the collector.

Resolution

Go to Settings > All Settings > Web Console Settings.
Select Enable Audit Trails.
Go to Settings > Manage Nodes.
Select a node.
Select More Actions.
Select Unmanage node or Mute Alert for a test.
Check the Audit Events resource and database table.

If the issue persists, rebuild (Repair a failing Job Engine and Collector Components) the collector and job engine db files.
