Apache template error: Cannot connect to localhost

When using the Apache Template, you receive the following error:
 

Cannot connect to localhost.
 

Server Application Monitor

Check if mod_status is enabled. To do this, follow the instructions found at: http://serverfault.com/questions/328...tus-is-enabled (© 2018 Stack Exchange Inc, available at https://serverfault.com, obtained on October 15, 2018).

Also, if Server-Status page is on a non-standard port (80), set the Monitor's Command Line as follows:

Perl ${Script} {IP or Hostname}:{Port}

• Replace {IP or Hostname} with actual IP or Hostname.
• Replace {Port} with actual port
