The following error is also found in the whd-spring.log file:

[ActiveMQ Transport Server Thread Handler: tcp://0.0.0.0:61617] ERROR o.a.a.broker.TransportConnector - Could not accept connection : java.lang.InterruptedException

Cause

This error is caused when another application on the host server is using the same 61616 port as WHD ActiveMQ.

Resolution

  1. Go to <WebHelpDesk>\bin\wrapper\conf and open the wrapper_template.conf file.
  2. Find the # Java Additional Parameters line and add the following Java argument in line 18 to change the port from 61616 to 61617: 
    wrapper.java.additional.18=-Dactivemq.broker.port=61617
