Alerts missing from 'Triggered Alerts - Last 30 Days web-based' report

Some alerts will be missing in the 'Triggered Alerts - Last 30 Days web-based' report if there is no logging action created when it triggers

Overview

You may notice some alerts triggered in your environment do not appear in the out-of-the-box report called 'Triggered Alerts - Last 30 Days web-based'.

Cause

This report queries the database for all events created from alerts that triggered, not the alert itself. This means that it will not include alerts with no trigger action to 'Log the alert to NetPerfMon Event Log'.

Resolution

Review your alerts and make sure to include a trigger action to 'Log the alert to NetPerfMon Event Log'
