Access Denied errors during Web Console setup

You may encounter "access denied" errors when installing the Web Console or when trying to access information from Patch Manager on the Web Console. Generally, the error messages will either include Communication failure. Access is denied. or state that your credentials will not validate. If you test the connection to your Primary Application Server from the installer, the test will fail even with valid information.
