Resolution

When you create a WSUS Automation Server routing rule , the rule only applies to the WSUS server. This rule does not apply to workstations or containers reporting in to the WSUS server.

Each workstation needs its own routing rule to target a specific Automation Server and execute a job. You can perform this task by using ASRRs or Subnet ASRRs.
