ARM Web client multiple assignments of permissions to users from data owners are not working

This article describes a bug in the product where assigning multiple permissions for a user in the ARM web client is not possible when logged in as a user that has the Data Owner role assigned.

Clicking on the + sign does not have any effect.

Cause

This has been identified as a known issue in ARM 2025.4.

Resolution

A fix is planned for a future release of ARM.

As a workaround, log in as an ARM administrator to add multiple permissions.
