ARM: No Alerts from Windows FS Logga

You have installed ARM Server + a Windows FS Logga collector on separate servers and are not receiving any alerts from FS logga (Collector) for any file / directory changes operations.

Cause

Likely due to RabbitMQ or ARM server not in sync with FS Logga Collector.

Resolution

  1. Stop ARM & Rabbit MQ Service on ARM server
  2. Stop ARM Service on FS Logga Server
  3. Start RabbitMQ, ARM  Service on Server and then ARM service on Collector
  4. If the FS logga collector showing status  = updating / disconnected
  5. Restart ARM service on FS logga and waite few minutes 5-10 minutes approximately...Issue should be resolved.

if not, reboot both the Collector + ARM server if there has been recent windows update applied to any of them.
