ARM App login fails while web access remains available

You are unable to log in to the ARM application, although access to the ARM web application is working.

Overview

Login to the ARM application is only successful locally on the server where ARM is installed. When attempting to log in from other computers, an error displays: “Connection to server failed.”

The firewall is disabled on both the client computers and the ARM server. Login worked previously, and no Windows or ARM updates have been installed since then.
