Overview

In this issue, "keepalive@jcraft.com" errors are showing up in the logs at the Domain Level, causing the log files to increase in size significantly. The increased logging seems to be specific to the line below and unable to suppress them.

Cause

These logs are indicators that an unknown command has been sent to Serv-U.

Resolution

For Version 15.3.1 and below, upgrade to the latest version.

For 15.3.2 and later versions:

  1. Go to "Domain Activity" / "Global Activity"
  2. Click Settings Tab
  3. Uncheck/Disable the "SSH Detailed Commands" and "SSH Detailed Commands" to hide this logs entry.
