The following error occurs when using FTP connections:

500 INTERNAL ERROR: 'PASV' is missing the response string for 611.

Resolution

Seeing the above error in the domain logs.

The Error 500 indicates that the command from the FTP client is not understood by Serv-U as shown in the FTP command properties in Serv-u > Domain > Limits and settings > FTP settings > Global Properties.
