The suggested workaround is to assign ipMonitor to use NTLM, instead of Impersonation by performing the following:
- Go to Configuration tab.
- Click “Credentials List”
- Click the “MY-sysaudit” credential.
- Under “Usage Restrictions”, uncheck all boxes and then only check the following: -Can be used with NTLM Authentication Schemes (Windows NT Lan Manager)
- Click OK.
- Within the Monitor, click Force Test to verify connection.
NOTE: If this Credential is being used by many Monitors, it may be best to create another Credential with the same account information to avoid stressing Monitors that depend on RPC calls.
