My ipMonitor bandwidth monitors are not reporting any bandwidth activity

To troubleshoot this issue , you can do a MIB walk using the Engineer's Toolset, to verify the ifOutOctet and ifInOctet values for the interfaces in question.  

ipMonitor calculates bandwidth by calculating the Delta between sequential counter value results. If ipMonitor gets a "0" on one poll and then receives a "0" value on the next poll, the bandwidth will = 0.

 For the Bandwidth Monitor to work properly, verify that he SNMP agent on your Cisco Router is configured, running, and accepting SNMP queries from the ipMonitor host.
