ipMonitor upgrade failed

After upgrading to ipMonitor version 10.8.2, the older version is still shown.


ipMonitor 10.8.2 upgrade.


This is due to the failed uninstallation of the previous version.


  1. Backup the \ipMonitor\config directory to your local drive.
  2. Uninstall ipMonitor.
    Note: It will show as 10.8, but will still be the older version.
  3. Install 10.8.2 to the current ipMonitor directory. Refer to the Administrator Guide.
