To setup an alert for server logs are full:

Create a File Property Monitor to monitor the size of the event logs of the windows server.
You can monitor the size of the following files:
Application (%SystemRoot%\System32\Winevt\Logs\Application.evtx)
System (%SystemRoot%\System32\Winevt\Logs\System.evtx)

Security (%SystemRoot%\System32\Winevt\Logs\Security.evtx)
