Blank page displays when you create an external process monitor or alert in ipMonitor

Overview

When you create an external process monitor or alert in the ipMonitor Web Console, a blank page displays.

Environment

  • All ipMonitor versions

Cause

This issue may occur if you create an external process monitor or alert while you are logged in as a non-administrative user.

Resolution

Use an account with administrative privileges to create the external process monitor or alert.
