Change the account that a monitor uses

Users may need to change an account that IPMonitor uses for monitoring.


All IPMonitor versions


In the IPMonitor console:

  1. Open the Configuration tab.
  2. In the configuration tab select Credential list.
  3. Select the account that needs to be changed and double click it.
  4. If the edit options is not available then the credential may need to be re-initialized.
  5. Select the Edit button next to the account and enter the new account.
  6. Select the Edit button next to the password and re-enter the new password.
  7. Click on the OK button.
