Overview

This article describes the issue when a website on the player server is no longer working on IE 8.

 

Environment

WPM version 2.0+

 

Cause 

The website may not be compatible with IE 8. If it fails to load on multiple servers using IE 8 but works on anything using IE 9 or above, then you may try the resolution below. 

 

Resolution

Upgrade IE on the player server.
