WPM Playback Player service stops

Overview

The WPM Playback Player service stops and transactions will not run.

Error:
FATAL SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Service.AgentService - Error starting service.
System.InvalidOperationException: Agent service is unable to operate without available worker user accounts.

Environment

All WPM versions

Resolution

  1. Go to Control Panel > Users Accounts > Manage User Accounts.
  2. Delete all seum-usersXXX.
  3. Restart the WPM Playback Player service.

Note: The user accounts will automatically be re-created.
