Transaction takes a long time to process

Overview

Transactions are taking time to complete causing the status to be in Critical.

Environment

All WPM versions

Resolution

  1. Change/set a password for the seum-users-xxx.
    Location: Control Panel > User Accounts > User Accounts.
    From the Internet Explorer:
    Open Internet Options, access LAN settings, and uncheck “Automatically detect settings”
  2. Rerun the transactions.
