Overview

When looking at Transaction Steps Details in the Orion Web Console or via a report, a specific step shows at 0.00s for Minimal, Average and Maximal Duration despite showing at 100% Availability for the Time period.

Detail

Some Transaction steps take effectively 0 seconds for WPM to complete whereas a user manually performing the step would take time.

This can occur due to all of the resources already being loaded on the page from the previous step. If the current step is simply clicking a link or an object on the website then this takes WPM no time to perform as it isn't waiting on any Javascript or anything else to run.
